Refund policy
RETURNS
Simply send us a message at info@creerco.com with the details and we will sort it for you.
A full refund is given if your Creér product is unused and returned within 30 days in its original packaging with its original tags/documents. We will reimburse you with the shipping fees to ship to package to us.
Please note the product MUST be in unused condition. If we inspect the product has gone through wear and tear, the refund will not be accepted. We recommend taking a picture of the product when you package up your return.
In order to begin the process of return, please contact us at info@creerco.com. Upon investigating the case and approval, Creér Co all then send you a pre paid return label to use at a local courier provider in your country. We recommend that you send your return within 14 days of receiving the free return label or we reserve the right to decline your return. For Creér Co sunglass returns, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping.

DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
